Dunno if anyone spotted this, but I only just found it.
If you buy or sell a car on ebay, Norwich Union will give you 7days fully comprehensive cover on the car.
Ideal for when you go to pick up that impulse bought ebay motor, giving you a chance to sort out insurance later.
Also useful for getting the car taxed if it wasn't already.
Check out the details: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/motors/services/7dayinsurance/
I know it would have been useful for me, the couple of times I've bought to sold cars and had to add them to my policy.

So wait.. its free?
I think i just found a new money making scheme.
Step 1: Buy £50 sh!tter (Or mint condition metro for £15.)
Step 2: Drive around in rush hour until someone in a mercedes hits you.
Step 3: Repeat steps 1-2 until you become a millionaire.

just get a mate. and sell your car to him and he sells his to you every week. free insurance :D
-
You sound like a man with a plan.
But they may get suspicious after the 4th or 5th week :p

Quality stuff. Not sure how long it'll last tho, a few dodgy claims will go on with some of the sheds on flea-bay!
