Does anyone know when the GTI T and the GT TDI came standard with the 6 speed box ?

The golf anniversary comes in 6 speed and the gt tdi i think if its a 130/150 pd then its 6 speed.. not sure about the year of make

Not too sure of the year, could be late 01/early 02 when the 180 bhp (petrol) ones came out.

Anniversary's (2002) def had 6 speed boxes, but not sure what boxes the earlier 180's came with.

Don't know anything about the diseasel's, BTW.

The 6 speed came in on the late 115bhp diesels on a 51 (early 02) plate I think. Petrol wise, only on the 180bhp (anniversary in 2002 then GTI180.) You'll see GT TDI 115bhps with both 5 and 6 speed out there. All 130 and 150 GT TDIs are 6 Speed.
