Hello

First post here. New GTI arrives at the weekend - basic spec plus leather and cruise. First VW although I think it will be the 12th German car I have owned.

Looks like many here had the same GTI/R32 dilemna...I definitely prefered the looks of the GTI. Both drive quite differently - R32 feels more grown up but I have just had a grown car so went with the GTI which seemed more entertaining...would also have had to wait longer for an R32!

...ok I have thought about it and, as tempting as it is, I just can't quite afford it...ask me again in a year  :wink:
