Title: newb looking for some ideas

hey up,

ive just bought a mkIII gti 16v as a bit of a summer project.  got the car for 1,050 so got a few spare quid to spend!!

ordered the suspension kit. (35mm drop)  but want to know what engine mods i should be looking at its done 95k so any advice about mods / things i should replace would be great.
