Title: Knobby's Back ;) - Looking for a G60 or Rallye - Swap for 328i Coupe

Well i've been out of the scene for a while, but summer is drawing closer and closer and its time I jumped into another Mk2 ;) As the subject says im really looking for a G60 or a Rallye, might consider a top spec 16v.

I would like to do some sort of deal with a BMW E36 328I Coupe. Email me if you are interested!

Anyone know what fuel eccomany is like on a G60 or Rallye?

Still got a garage full of bits.. all bits needed to convert the 2L bottom end.. blue hoses etc.. oops...

Hoping the hoses may fit a Rallye.. lol

'economy' isn't the word either - long term average on the rallye is usually around 23mpg

Just dont know if i want a G60 Mk2 for a faster car? or a Rallye for that mad rare look and 4wd? i understand the Rallye is not as quick as the G60..

neither are exactly quick as standard but can be easily improved, or buy a nicely modified example :)

What sort or figures was he getting at the RR day?

I am also a returning VW dub fan, had a Mk2 16V about 10 years ago and recently got the bug again, ended up buying a G60 and after a few initial problems I'm very happy with the purchase - although I have been looking at the Green Rallye on ebay with sme envy!

Must say though that the G60 puts a smile on my face every time!!

Also insurance was the same as a 16V...I am an old git though
