Title: Diesel non starter.

Hi guys, just bought myself a Mk3 diesel (non turbo) yesterday off a guy on this forum. nice car, just dont want to start! he said its some kind of relay. well, today it wouldnt start after 10 minutes of cranking! can anybody enlighten me as to where i find the relay which he told me affects the poor starting? any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated. cheers in advance

What condition are the glow plugs in?

the guy said the glow plugs had recently been done. the guy said he'd been told it was this relay which was at fault. just wondered if anyone with a diesel knew where it was?
