Hello all,
Been here a while but not really said a lot.
I had a MK1 about 15 years ago and returned to a MK4 about 2 years ago after years in company cars etc. Very recently the Mrs. Astra blew up and we got a rather nice MK3, which is totally and utterly OEM and that's how it will stay.
A few questions....
1, Will my RS4 wheels go on the MK3 ? Offest, stud pattern etc (the MK3 is a 5 stud) Not OEM I know but will be only temp while I refurbish the stock MK3 wheels.
2, The MK3 is a very crashy and bangy affair suspension wise, what wears ? I intend to do the top mounts front and rear along possibley with the front wishbones and ARB bushes. Anything else, rear beam bushes maybe ?
A few piccies..

welcome mate
tidy looking cars you got there
can't answer you're questions i'm afraid but others sure can  check out the MK3 and MK4 sections for info

hey,
the wheels will physically fit on the mk3 but the tyres are the wrong profile. if you get the correct size tyres they may catch the rear arches slightly - can be done though
tidy vdo gauge install :)

Cheers,
I know the MK3 uses a 55 profile on the 15" and my MK4 uses a 65 profile on a 15", a 10mm oversize can be lived with for a week or two I guess. As long as the PCD is ok it's good to go. Also an error above, the RS4's are staying on the MK4, I meant the old Avus II's sitting in my garage to go on the MK3 while I re-furb the the wheels.
