Title: Completely new to VW

Hi all, I'm completely new to the Dub scene as i see its called but after reading through the forums and some of the stories here I can't wait to get my hands on my Mk3 GTi 16V, should be getting it today at the very soonest but i reckon it'll be midweek.
Some of the things i've read on here are making me soooo damn excited about taking it out on a proper drive. Anyway i'll see you all around the forums and ya never know i might even get to a meet or 2 from up here on the NE of Scotland.

Picked her up this morning, OMG  :laugh:  :evil: :grin: :laugh: :grin:  is all i can say. I loved my Calibra but this is just sooooo much more fun. Will try n get some pics up tomorrow, too damn cold today 3" of snow  :shocked:

Aye its in cracking nick and goes pretty damn good too, i just can't help speeding in the damn thing gotta stop it lol.
Only thing is i've got the abs light on all the time now so gunna get that checked out grrr.

The bug only gets worse...
after working on my mates C G60 last year, I decided I needed a new toy.  I bought an '88 16v GTI, its great fun... let the project begin.
