Title: Are these a VW wheel?
Post by: Hallsy on 02 March 2006, 09:22
Came across these whilst hunting on the bay

They have VW logos which may have been added and look very similar to TSW hockenheims, but at the same time they look a little different.
I thought they looked quite nice on the mk3, although I know the rim is a little dated.  Maybe I'm clutching at straws as I'm having no luck finding mk3 anni wheels for my brother :(

Not sure but they remind me of something TSW used to make.

Nah, think they are TSW hockenheims.  They maybe boring but I thought they looked OK on the mk3, many BBS are the same style, although I prefer dished wheels and I'm sure my brother would too.

if you and your bro think they look ok buy em,  i think theyd look ok on a lowered mk3, dont go on every ones opinion on here.... it seems that most folks have to follow the 'vw directory of fashion' ie; 20v engines and bbs wheels.... sorry but in my eyes that fookers been done to death... if the scene dont get out of the groove soon its gonna get reeto boring...
