You have just completely changed my opinion on red rallyes!

Always liked red gti's but for some reason just thought the rallye looked wrong, not anymore though!

Now I might be wrong, but if that's the Rallye that I think it is (I remembered the last few letters of the reg as it was similar to an old car of mine) then I went to look at it about August last year as it was being sold in a garage near me, some of you may remember. Unfortunately it had already been sold and was up for 3.5k and I was going to buy it. It looked mint and it had better wheels on it, I found out later it had had a full respray. Some guy bought it not far from me and then had it on ebay a few weeks later with a buy it now of 4.5k so the tw@t knew it was going cheap (garage didn't have a clue what it was really when I spoke to them as they said it had a bodykit ! FFS ! :laugh: ) and made a quick buck.

So now it's for sale again, now it just might be coincidence, but the Rallye has stupid low miles and yet it's been sold twice in about six months. :shocked: Now it could be sweet or it could be fooked. :undecided:

Oh yeah, the interior is full leather and it was as mint as it looks ! :cool:

Yeah alright, you can stop that, I want one now, in red too!

Definitely seems to be wheels that either make or break the look of the rallye if you ask me, or more so than other cars anyway.
