That nova with the roof missing takes the trophy!! what is going on there? You can imagine the designers dreaming it up
Chief designer- what can we do increase the desirabilty of this Nova?
New boy on the design team- I know, we could chop off the roof, take out the rear window surround, but leave the front ones on, just to give it the BMW Bauer look, then we could give it some nice chrome trimmings, AND some black windscreen surround, I reckon that they would look really tasteful together - that sort of half arsed moody boy racer/old age pensioner look.
Oh, we also need a real ill fitting cover for when the roof goes down - you know, something that would flap around when you get out of first gear, and annoy anyone brave enough, or with no self respect, who is in the rear.
Chief designer - Excellent Idea, You're just the sort of bloke we need to design the new Mk2 Astra, well done.

I wouldnt mind the black corsa but at ?5? naa.

I would rather complete a Golf project for that much cash.

Me mum drives a corsa! I use it to go up the chippie -speed bumps everywhere on me usual route to the shops- Its slow as a tractor and goes round corners like a bus! In fact all its good for is gettin over the speed bumps!

Makes my Mk3 8v feel like a F1 car!!!

Why would anyone get enthusiasitic over a vauxhall!? All i can think is these poor lads have never been given the change to drive a Mk2 Golf GTI!!!

Now I'm confused. I was told by a mate last year that vauxhall never made a convertible no-go. We saw one go through auction and i commmented on it. He said it was more than likely a cut and shut that someone did up to try and sell. If anyone is dumb enough to buy it they get what they deserve anyway.  ;D

I would never switch brands (ok, maybe an Audi, or a Lambo if me lottery numbers come up, which technically isnt cheating!!)

AUDI  UR quattro for sundays and a RS6 for the rest of the week used as a parts hack for the 1.8T conversion on mine you see.
