How come there is such a variety for just one engine like the 90, 110, 115, 130 and 150bhp models. Does any one know why they are different. plus which models have the sports suspension fitted? cheers
-
115, 130 and 150 all have 6 speed boxes
not sure about the others.
think its the 150 that has the sports suspension fitted......unless you find one of the others that had it fitted as an option

what i mean is engine wise like bigger turbos, injectors or just ECU maps
-
I think its just re-maped ECU

not sure on that one. if it was that easy then everyone would buy the cheapest version and remap it to 190 like you can with the 150!!

The blocks are the same but everything else is different - from turbo and injectors even to a different air intake.

Cheers for the replies. Any way i been looking for a tdi on autotrader and nothing that really met the criteria so 1.8 20v and average fuel economy it is then.

TDI 150 has a front mount intercooler too
