Title: engine possiblely wanted

i have a Mk 4 GTTDI on a s plate and the turbo has gone and other stuff has happened to :angry:
so has anyone got a cheap engine or advise on what to do.

what 'other stuff' mate ? replacing a turbo will be a whole lot cheaper than chucking an engine in.

i am not that technical but i think he said tappits,cylinders 3/4 needs some work and oil has been leaking in and will need to be chipped off and or re-boared,turbo has gone.( my wife took the message so till i speak to him i am not too sure but it doesn't sound good) :cry:
