I believe that this has something to do with the hall sensor.

What is a hall sensor????? I have tried searching the forum for HELp but there is not information on Reving out. The car does not stall it just hits the rev limiter at 5000 rpms. How can this be fixed.. Any help Please..

I have this problem with mine, it hits the limiter at 5000rpm

i have been told to replace the hall sendor then erase the fault code of the ECU, but i am going to change the Distrubuter which i beleiver the Hall Sender is part of. They arent cheap tho!

Check the timing is correct, mine and soooo many other people have had this problem and the timing has turned out to be wrong. Mine was two teeth out, still ran smooth and nmicely, just underpowered and revs cut in at 5000rpm.

Hope this helps
