how easy is it to change a manual choke to an auto choke ???

well it depends what car/engine/carb you have ;)

I'll take a guess and assume you have a 1.6/1.8 engine with a replacement webber carb, if so you can't get an autochoke unit for the webber.  If you want one you'll have to refit the original 2e2 carb unit, which will probably need looking at first, see my post about them in the maintenance section above ;)
