Oil temp on my 1990 valver.

currently sits anywhere between 110 and 120 in steady traffic, say betwen 20-40mph, over about 30 mile.

it if sits at idel for a couple of mins comes back down to 104ish. when giving it some upt o about 60-70 it sits at about 108 but bounces up and (102-110-108 etc.)

does this seem normal?? Is there anything I can do to get the oil (synta Silver) running cooler??? Coolant temp is spot on, fan kicks in when it should etc.

help please before she goes bang!!!
