Title: i cany get in !

The rear drivers side door on my golf wont open. i can hear something rattling around inside but cant get the door card off to have a look cos the door wont open  ! any ideas on how to open it without taking a crow bar to it ?

Dont think i'm taking the Pi55, coz you probably already checked it. but has the child lock been put on by mistake??...if it's not that I dont know what it would be.

If the child lock was on, it would still open from the outside :embarassed: :embarassed: :embarassed: :grin:

the rear handles on 5 door mk4's /4 door boras have been known to pop the cable off that operates them, how you can open them when shut im not sure as youve said you cant access the screws etc to remove to door panel...think it might be a garage job and let them pay for what ever they damage in the process of fixing?????

Me neither, my mk3 ( which is much better than any mk4 ) is a 2 door but the mk4 is my wifes car. She's a girl and she drives a girls car.................
