Title: Lo Pro Tyres for winter? + Tire Sealant?
Post by: OmeN on 14 November 2003, 12:02
What make of tyre is ok for the winter on a student income.
Would needs 15's - roughly what sort of price are we talking?

Is it worth putting some of that stuff in to prevent punctures?

Thank you !!!

most people only run winter wheels because they dont want to get there nice alloys caked in salt from the roads which eats thru the lacquer/finish

so most go for a set of 15" steels over the winter, no need for winter tyre either unless your constantly driving on snow

as long as your tyres have a decent tyre depth u'll be fine

no need for tyre sealent either
