I have a GT TDI 150. My turbo completely stopped working three months ago...and all was so so slow! The garage I bought it from gave me 1yr parts and labour so replaced the part (had a hole in it). The problem is it has happened again, although the turbo is working a bit it sounds bad like air is escaping. The garage are going to fix it again but seems a bit rubbish for it to happen twice. Any ideas why?
Thanks

difference with your car though is the PD150's have the intercooler mounted at the front. its more likely to be the cause of your problem than a second blown turbo. other possibility is that your car has gone into limp mode.. if you cant see any boost pipes off try disconnecting your battery for 20 minutes so the ecu resets itself.

It's off to the garage tomorrow as under warranty so will see what they do to fix it. Just really annoying.
