There'll be a spate of 'Don't buy GSF' posts along soon, in the mean time
Rich recommended Aldershot Car Spares (haven't got araound to trying them myself yet.
There also GolfTek in Wrecelsham (sp?) in the little industrial estate by the side of the snow 4 boats shop (or whatever it's called these days), they've had my car for work and I'd give them an average. But he specialises in breaking Mk2 golfs, and has parts everywhere, certainly worth a ring.

yup - I got that guys number in wrecelsham, will call him in a min.
Actually the price - beleive it or not came up to ?105 or something like that !!!
Stuff that for a bit of plastic man.
Scrappies and breakers it is for me !!!
:)
-
he said he couldnt take them off ?
???
Wtf is he talking about...
-
you'll need all the fixing brackets also
-
Crap yeah I just called them up to find out what they meant.
?55 for the plastic sills
?11.50 for some retaining thingy
+ 5 of those bracket things - total ?120ish
That REALLY blows.

Try GPC in luton, they do original vw bits for less than main dealers, you could use pattern parts but they are an awful fit.
-
GPC are breakers or do they have new stock? Lucas in bedford has original parts at good prices.
-
GPC sell new vw bits at far less than main dealers, try them out for bits if you still want genuine but cant be arsed to pay main dealer prices.
