My car was looking a lil shabby on the black plastic - inside and out , so i bought some back to black - woohoo
Works like magic
BUT
When spraying some has gotten onto my frigging windscreen - and now when im using my whipers it makes this big smeary marks over the whole thing - like a film of it.
Is there a solution i can use to get rid of this crap off the screen?
I just tried putting neat washing up liquid over the screen and rubbing it in with my hand, then 5mins later rubbed it again with a sponge - and finally washed it off - but i have a feeling its still there [cant tell until it rains again].

I worked part time in a window tint shop years back. we used to strip windows with rubbing or denatured alcohol and a razor blade scraper. Worked excelent for getting wax off and rainx. may work the trick here as well.

A razor blade wiper - like the ones you get for wall paper?
Wont this scratch the screen?
[Cheers for the tip btw]

not if it's dead flat. I had some selotape on the inside of mine from previous owner having a 'for sale' sign taped in there for months. all the sunlight had made a right mess. a 2 inch flat blade fetched it all off and no scratches :)

Just get some strong window cleaner mate

Or put a little bit of petrol or other strong solvent onto a rag and then rub it, the solvent will break the stuff down and it should come off.

The onlt thing that should scratch glass is a diamond, so you should be ok

And a nakkerd wiper blade....LOL
