Title: Lower Injector insert

I have removed the upper injector insert from my Mk2 head using a 13mm allan key. Can anyone tell me how to remove the lower part of the insert?
I thought it would simply pull out, but there appears to be nowhere to grasp it.
Bare in mind I'm doing this in-situ.

I'm sure the inserts are supposed to just pull out. I've never tried it though!

You're right. I did eventually manage it......it was just No.1 cylinder that was the problem, the other 3 came out easily.
