Title: smoothed air box and ducting

has anyone done this on a 1.6?

or can anyone tell me if the airbox setup is the same on all mk4 golfs

I believe that all of the airboxes are of a similar nature on the MK4 RANGE, Dunno about the smoothing on a 1.6 tho :sad:

has anyone done this ive been thinking about drilling and smoothing my airbox just wondered what difference it makes and is it worth it and is there a right or wrong way of doing it my car came with a k&n panel but im thinkin of changin it can anyone recomend any filters/inductions kits or should i just modify my airbox and stick to a panel
