40 quid's worth of dinner money savings. got my mates to fill my tank and no more cold walks to school for the whole year.

The Astra i payed Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£30 for!!!! spent about Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£200 doing engine etc, so wasnt bad for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£250 max! :smug:

The Buggy is totally horrible to drive!! :embarassed: Pretty quick and its the only Porsche Empi Imp i have ever seen in UK, others are mainly kit cars! Thought about dark blue with silver metal flake?! Im not joking right, that Buggy is the loudest thing ive ever heard in my life! Got 2 4 inch pipes with no silencers straight out of Manifold!! Spits flames on command! :cool:
Want to take it to Newquay in Summer but dont fancy drving all that way (3 hours) in it. May trailer it down? :undecided:

Yeah they are Escort RS Turbo seats. Payed Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£10 for them then sent off to Recaro and got new side supports and then rebuilt them like new. Very comfortable.. will be retrimmed eventually.

We built the car from scratch, used a VW Beetle chassis, cut it 12" shorter, welded up all plates, etc, then rebuilt every component until re fibreglassing the body. Sparay job, and its done!
