Title: Leather Re Trim Quote

was quoted Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£1,200 for a re trim of my mk3... tbh i wasnt expecting it to cost this much, i thought maybe Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£600 / Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£700 but does this sound about an average price????

Post by: ...joe on 09 January 2006, 20:06: pretty much yeah, from Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£850 upwards is what i'd expect to pay. is that for seats & door cards? you can get cheaper quotes but i think with things like this you get what you pay for.... a cheaper option you might want to try is to get them leather faced. this means the bits you sit on are leather but the backs, lower sides etc are a vinyl. modern yinyls are bloody good and you'd be hard pushed to tell the difference and most cars offering leather interiors are leather faced rather than full leather.

Yeah i think u posted the pic of a corrado looking gorgeous, cant remember where i saw it but it looked delish!
