Title: how heavy is a mk2 1.8 driver ?

for me a 1.4 ford shedscort is Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£32 mth
a 1.8 cab gti is
Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£38 per mth
makes you wonder
aslo the ford was valued at Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£500
the gti at Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£1500

try and get your head round that one

that can't be right!! that makes it heavier than a MK3 and MK4 :shocked:

had a quick peak in Haynes last night - a GTI only weighs about 1100KG :nerd:

Got a quote for my sis on an 89 gti 8v and came out at Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£550 tpf&t. That's being 18 with pass plus and 1 years no claims. Same for me would be just short of a grand!
