Title: bulbs

does any one know the bulb type for the fog light on a big bumper model and how to get them out as mine seems to have a cap on it that wont budge also what type are the bulbs for a single headlamp cheers

the fog light is a H 3 bulb (light bulb with a wire on it) and a single beam headlight bulb is a H7 but there fit the newer cars as it only has 2 pins on the bulb unlike the normal H4 which has 3 pins

The housing at the back will twist off, but be careful as I find they can sometimes snap the back of the light off!  Changing em is a right arse as you have to get underneath to do it!
