Yes, this again. I know I have a late model golf so have the larger steering fitment, etc. Just want to check I understand this right:
1. If I have the correct boss kit then virtually any generic racing wheel (Momo etc.) wll fit the car? A guy on ebay has the kit at 21.50 plus postage - is this expensive?
2. Certain wheels will bolt straight on with no bosskit needed such as a Corrado G60 wheel? (Is this smaller than the standard mk2 golf gti wheel as I find it very large, especially being tall and having to squeeze my knees under it)
Is all this pretty accurate? Also. does anyone have a nice sporty wheel they want to sell me?

i got my wheel of dubmeister.co.uk
its a wooden one. the reason i bought a wooden one is beacuse it looks better in a old skool dub and i knew i would drive like a chav if i had a sporty one :lipsrsealed:
corrado wheels do fit on the 90 spec golfs i believe

Sounds good if you have a picture please. Is the Corrado wheel the same size as a GTi's or smaller?

OK - throwing that question open - what is the diameter of a corrado steering wheel? Is it bigger than a Gtis's??

corrado wheels are the same size as the golf ones so if you want something smaller you'll have to go aftermarket. £21.50 seems to be a good price for a boss kit, however momo ones are collapsable in the event of a crash, which could be worth considering if this one is...
but i'm 90% sure most aftermarket wheels have the same bolt pattern to fit a generic boss. german and swedish used to do some nice wheels, about £70-£80. can't remember much about them but i almost bought one before i got my momo.
