Post by: Blue MK2 on 07 November 2003, 22:11
Do i need to modify the rear seat or is it an easy clip on after i cut holes in the seat for the guides?

What parts do I need?

I believe you need a mounting/fitting kit for the std back bench.

proverbial rocking Horse sh?t I believe.

Dizzie - do you have the 60/40 split Recaro rear bench from a Rallye then? Cos my car came with Recaro's as std - and my rear bench looks/is std and has no mounting for headrests.

I got mine out of an F reg just before a mate part-ex'd it. They aren't 40/60 split.

The parts you need are the two add on bars that allow you to fit the headrests, a brace bar between them, the screws to fit it all and on my ETKA the rear head rests are different part numbers to the front so not sure if you could use the front ones in the back.

I was bidding on a rear seat with headrests on ebay but got outbid.
