Where's the best place to buy track tyres, Which can be used on the road. Not for daily use only to be used when car is traveling for track day.

try Yokohama's A048 tyre. They're as slick as the law allows. They say you can drive with them in the wet, but I wouldn't advise it. These are the ones that come on the lotus exige as standard.

Had A048R fitted to my kit car, a Chris Hollier Mosquito, and the best tyres i have ever used, but terrible in the damp and damned scary in the rain, lol.
Moving onto the Avon AC10 which is meant to be better and worth a few mills more.

If you mean the Avon ACB10, you must be joking if you think they will be better in the wet or damp, as they are even more a slick than the 48rs. They are officially called a wet slick and are only load legal when they are new.

the yoko's look like they can do a much better job at channeling water than the avons
