I put the below as a response to another post, but then thought it'd be better here, so...
For Powder Coating of wheels (in the south at least) try Swanick Gritblast not too far from Southampton, they did the centres on my RM's and made a beautiful job, i think I paid £100 (could have been + VAT as was a few months ago now), that was for the wheels to be stripped and the centres and inner ring to be powder coated and the centre nut to be painted in 2 pack, all done within a week. They also did a friends 18" wheels for his focus, he told them he needed them very quickly, and true to their word the job was done in 2 1/2 days... very good service
