Title: 16v Oil

Morning all!!
I've not long been the owner of a mk3 16v and it's service time....... can anyone recommend a good oil to use?? BTW 94k miles.
Also I have noticed a slight mis fire when using low down revs, it only happens once in a blue moon but it's getting quite annoying...... any ideas??

Use Quantum Gold oil, get it from VW for about ?25 for 5 litres. Try changing your spark plugs and ht leads, see if the misfire stops.
