Hi guys
Had a bit of a front end shunt on my mk2 8v and set about fixing it this weekend. I undid the 4 main bolts at the corners of the slam panel, and the 2 bolts attaching that to the radiator, but still couldn't figure out how to remove it. It seems to be attached to the radiator by a piece of metal bent over at 90 degrees next to the bonnet catch - am I being stupid (probably), but can anyone offer any advice on this, 'cos I'm sure it must be more straightforward than it seems....
Cheers
John

there more than four bolts dude theres another right in the middle directly bellow the bonnet catch and two either side next to the head lights and you have two blots that are on a bent bracket that bolt throught the slam panel and lock into the rad.hjope this helps

it often helps to take the bumpers off as the one in the centre can be a bit tricky to get to. but like ^^ he^^ said, four on the corners, are just the start of it. the radiator brackets should pull out of the radiator once youve undone the bolts.

its one of those jobs once youve done it once you'l be able to do it with your eyes shut!
