theres creamy stuff under the lid of my coolant top up thing(technical tall there by me) its no where els as far as i can tell
why is it there??? :undecided:
-
look under the oil filler cap aswell. Could be a sign of imminent head gasket failure, then again it could just be a bit of oil has got into the water.
-
sounds like your clattery engine aint too healthy 2 me.
-
yeah im starting to wonder that myself....
slick, the oil filler caps as clean as a whistle, maybe its like you said and oils in the water, ill drain it out and put some fresh in???
to be honest boys i think its gonna die on me soon and itll be time for my 4th golf in a year...
-
tbh mate i might be f**king my one off soon if the bastard thing doesn't start firing.
-
Haribo, i might be interested in your seats when it goes bang!!!
Sounds suspisiously like your head gasket may be blown or blowing.
Take it to a garage and get them to do a Head Gasket test.
-
that will probably be your oil cooler mate.i had to do mine last week.i would try that first before
even considerin your head.

such beautiful cars, just wish they wernt such assholes at the same time, i know its impossible but i just want ONE golf that lasts longer than 2 months, i have faith tho, if this one blows up ill still get another, im hooked now
-
do a full flush of your coolant system first before jumping in the deep end.
