Title: Wheels, will these fit?

Hello all, great forum you have got here,

Just wondering does anyone know if these wheels will fit my Mk2 GTI 16v http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8020569170&indexURL=4&photoDisplayType=2#ebayphotohosting

If so how low do you think would be suitable to go.

They won't fit because the PCD is 4x108. You need 4x100.

Wrong PCD. Is a pity cos they are lovely.

Dam it, cheers guys, do you know anywhere I can pick them up from at a reasonable price with the correct pcd.

They are bound to turn up on the german ebay but might not be easy understanding what the feck it is all about. There are some people on Ebay who obviously source wheels from Germany but you do have to pay a hefty premium for their wheels.

So the moral is learn German....Seriously, if you find the wheels on the german site just as k question in english because they will probably understand at least some english and take it from there.

There are lots of places on the web ...including this site where you can find out which wheels fit your car eg size, offset,pcd etc..it is best to establish this first before you search

r&a design import schmidt wheels www.ra-design.co.uk thats your best bet might not be as cheap though.....
