Title: hey i am new to the site, my gti

Hey all I have been on Club gti forum for a while now, I thought I would introduce myself, and here is my motor...  :cool:

It is only an 8 valve, 185000 miles, goes ok, full black leatehr interior, good bodywork, drilled engine and stock engine, i am going to change it back to standard looks methinks with smoked lights all round? any ideas?

That drilled engine must sap some power eh?  :grin:  :nerd: but yeah nice motor mate...

Think you should have smokes all round except the rears, which would look cool in half tints....  :smiley:

Cheers for all the replies, i dont think i am related to Homer, but its a small world!  :smiley: i meant drilled airbox,  :grin: I am located near Kendal in the North West, anyone near? I have heard from Marcogolfo that there is a piss upin Leeds and a drive after in the next day, sounds good to me, we would be well up for that.  :wink:

heh heh that was about a month ago. Although there could be another organised around end of january time. Will have to put a thread up about it in a little while. Still got a few things to sort out myself. More the merrier though, and as for the met well if you make it then so be it but there are no promises, as people will still be recovering from the night before.  :smiley:

I live in Preston which isnt too far away. Mate's parents have a caravan in haverswaite, so when we are up there we often go to Kendal, mainly to look at that model shop!! One day i will actually buy something from there!

^^ i was a bit vague wasnt I its called something along the lines of McLoughlins ( i think) its red and yellow, its like a toy shop type thing but upstairs its got loads of models, its very small. I think if you go from the cash points at the barclays in that sort of square thing with the green benches, and then walk down the hill and its on ur right!

Yea i think it'll prob be easter next time i am there but i wil let u know!
