What is rattling????  Check the install to make sure everything is tight. You dont say what the other 2 channels are utilised for!

No dynamat wont stop rattles! - I would have a serious check round your car and sort out those rattles!

Yes - its sounds as if you need a suppressor or make sure all your earths are good.

Supressors go on the coil i think. Buy one and read the instructions  Check all your earths 1st though. Its also a good idea to run an earth direct from your battery to y head unit. This can often solve the buzz. Also make sure you havent ran any rca cables next to power cables. Fixings rattles is the hardest part of a good install but its worth the effort in the end.

Yes that is probably your problem. Always keep the sound wires seperate from the power wires.
