ABS light been coming on intermittantley for a few days and the pedal has kicked at low speed a few times . From other posts, i assume it's the ABS sensors? Checked ECP for prices and got the below
http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecommerce/Search_Results.asp
as you can see they only seem to stock fronts , but why the variation in price? can that be right £8 and £6?
cheers folks

Unplug the sensors and check for resistance.
Front connections are mounted on the suspension strut, rear connections are under the back seats.
-
Also you can try cleaning the sensors, and check the rotors for physical damage.

cheers dude

fault code finder says it's the main abs valve  does that mean the (£450  ) abs pump?

Easy to fit , just trickey to get your head round at first [cos you cant see what you are doing].
Lift up your back seat , there will be two rubber plugs with cables coming out of them going to two white plastic connectors [one for each side]. Unplug these and push the plugs through the bottom of the floorpan [i.e. outside] .
Now you should see where the wire routes along the top of the rear suspension arm and into the rear side of the brake assembly . It just held in with a allen bolt , but may be trickey to remove [they come straight out ].

il get it up on the ramps in a bit then and have a look, cheers
