I've been looking of an exhaust system for the last 3 months, I've come to the conclusion that I'm either going to have to go the custom route, or just fit another standard system..... all the off the shelf performance tailpipes are 3" or larger which I think looks way to large  :(

twin dtm is outdated looking now i think

what colour is your car? if its white like mine then you'll find the bumper starts to turn yellow after a few weeks, but this can be sorted with some auto-glym paint renovater

Depends alot on whether its Big or Small bumpers.

3 inch round will suit both though.

Who cares if its "outdated", should be personal choice of what YOU think is cool mate + what you can afford :)

Style is way more important than over trends imo...cant stand seeing some great cars that have gone OTT...real shame.

its green eith big bumpers,  you dont need a flamer kit rev it so its at just over 5 grand then blip it on...off....on...off not fast just a nice gentel pace n it should do it, mine does, yeh dtms are the classic golf tail pipe they look the best. wouldent say not to a side exit 1 theo.

be careful with backboxes !! . i fitted a magnex oval tail pipe to my old 1990 8v gti i seemed to loose back pressure and i lost the roaring noise from my 57i kit  >:(. i'm sticking with the DTM upswept style (mind you the magnex ITSELF sounded nice) :)

My mate once had a whistle on his alternator?
Does anyone know where i can find one or was he lying?

The whistle made his car sound like Mad Max's black car!

I WANT! ;D
