Hi all
I'm looking into getting some Porsche 90's wheels for my mk1 cab
Can someone tell me what size 90's you can get and what one's I should go for, to install on my mk1 cab? Will I need any arch work done?
I've got coilovers on the cab.
thanks

from 6's to 9's mate
avoid 9's. they look cool but are a big headache

usually they come in a set of 4, the fronts being 6", and the rears being 8", obviously a 8" wheel is going to foul on the rear if its slammed. ( Coilovers being the give away for you mate)
It is possible for the rears to be fitted with spacers on but then you will need to completely roll the outer lip of the rear arch out of the way pretty much so it is sealed on the inside of the arch. I think the offsets might cause a bit of bother aswell, but i might be wrong on that one.

the adaptors usually sort out the offset issues, but still an 8" wheel on a slammed mk1 is pushing it
low profile, skinny/stretched tyres would help but i reckon you'd still need archwork if you want it low and phat.

Carrera 2's came with 6's on the front and 8's on the back - from the research i've done the 8's fit straight on with no arch mods or need for coil-overs as the adaptor/spacers make the offset bang on
If you haven't got your wheels yet I can probably help you - i've got a mate that imports 911's (mostly carrera 2's) from germany, he puts new cup wheels on them as part of the "tarting up" process and has to get rid of about 40-50 sets of 90's a year, PM me

Pm sent mate. thanks alot everyone - I am closer to getting what I want...!!!

Just my opinion but try to get H&R adaptors or make sure there light weight, as I ordered a "cheap" set from a supplier and they each weighed as much as a Mk1 four up  and I had issues returning them but thats another story!!
The H&R's are so nice you'll want them on display not hidden behind a set of porsche wheels

alternatively gimme the specs that you need, and i will have a word with a mate, who can turn you some up from scratch.
