Well, after a full blown row with the misses not to take my motor out on Sunday night cuz its too wet, i can safely say she was right!!!
The once and only time i put my foot down that day resulted in me doing a rolling burn-out in 2nd and a coffin dodger in a pug 106 pulling out infront of me.... DOH!!!
It was either him or the pavement, i wish now i'd gone for him but at the time i didnt think
Anyway, the damage isnt that bad but it means no car for a bit, ive buckled drivers side wheel and punchered tyre (wheels are 1 week old) bent the strut, smashed front bumper, spoiler, plastic wheel trim, side skirt, and i may have bent sumthing else cuz bonnet dont sit right on that corner now, oh and dash cracked
I suppose its my own fault so i will sort it.
Gutted.

I would take it to a jigger if i were you. If the bonnet dont sit right then you may have done more damage than you expected.

Public transport - ............NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Bugger!!! WISH ID READ THIS THREAD EARLIER!!!
I just been to VW whitehouse breakers in Brislington mate, bought new (second-hand) lower arm, strut, trackrod, driveshaft, etc. i cant see any strain marks on underside of car so dont think it will need jigging, im taking photos so i really need to start up a gallery at some point?
She will be rollng again by end of week, ....i hope. :undecided:

not good news mate, but id still get it chacked out, for the bonnet not to sit right and the dash to crack something has to have moved
-
 thats a shame, old people should definately be tested or something

bad luck dude , ....sheeeze seems everyone is crashing in here this week (looks for wood to touch)

Strut is in, new anti-roll bar, new wishbone, damper, and the spare wheel is on. Ive driven it down the road and it seems fine, doesnt pull to side, no wobble, so far so good.
Ive had it up on my ramp and me and dad have gone underneath with a toothcomb to look for anything bent. Cant find anything. So ive adjusted the bonnet to sit right and thats that! Next im looking for a new front bumper and wheel arch trim?
-
youve got 90 spec arches dont you? thats a shame cause ive got two spare sets of pre 90 arches

sounds like your lucky on that one although i would recomend getting laser tracking done, its like the primo of tracking , costs a bit but will pick up and adjust any problems you cant see, just a thought, i am really glad you managed to save your dub
