i like not havng one as everyone els does its nice to be different, but im starting to wonder if it might actually be an idea to get one after all as my golfs looking abit.. innocent lately, and may look abit meaner if i got one,
at the moment i have a a twin headlamp de-badeged grill with crystal clear cross hairs, and me cars red, dont suppose anyone with good photshop skills could do me up a picture of what it maight look like if i had a grill spoiler?
-
I had one a few years ago but i've gone off them now
-
well they dont cost much, ill get one and see what i think
-
You can always e-bay it if you don't like it.
Are you going to paint it or leave it black? i left mine black but then i've got a black car
-
Haribo, nooo!
Dont do it! stick with how you got it, i think eyebrow spoilers look too chav-like. init?!
(Just my opinion)

Dunno about chav-like as they look alright on the right car but they don't make the car go any faster

-
Good old santa, i'm hoping he'll bring me the rest of the bits i need for my 16v conversion
-

click my sig for a piccy
saying that. my old white 16v used to have one, and it suited it quite well

I had one of the fibreglass ones years ago, I spent ages getting it all lined up right, drilling the holes and painting the thing. It was a windy day when i wanted to fit it so i got a mate to hold the bonnet for me, the twit dropped the sodding thing and snapped the spoiler in two  and i only just got my hand out of the way
-
I had one on my red driver but it came like that when i bought it, and my valver has one on the standard grill, but i have now got a single light de-badged grill, with crystal clear lights and htink it looks better with out one!
-
i want some crystal lights , i need to stop blowing my money on holidays & weed
-
i found my crystal clear coss hairs in the local scrappys, got them for a 5ver :D
-
£5 - bargain!!!
-
yeah it was pretty lucky, i want the same style for my spotlamps but theyre like 70 quid or something
-
just get a single light grill, i was worrid htat i might not have decent visibility with just two lights on ful beam, but because they're clear, theyre better!
-
nah i dont like single headlight grills......everyone has them, im attempting(as impossible as it is)to be "different" with my golf, which is hard as everyones allways coming up with new ideas, my best feature is that i now have 90 spec arches and sills but not big bumpers, they said it wouldnt look right but with a hack saw and some wet&dry it all fit together in the end
-
its worth trying, definately!
