either your battery and alternator arent upto it or you have a bad earth somewhere, what exactly are you running in regards to amps etc...

running 2 amps that are 90watts per channel powering one sub and a set of comps

should be ok really might be a sign your battery isnt liking it or maybe on its way out, i doubt its that though do any of lights flicker ie dash or rear lights?? if they dont then it could be just old wiring on the lights.

seems like your amps etc is drawing to much current only thing i can think off is to test you battery and alternator with a multimeter if you own one.

a good battery would be 12.8Volts + when not in use
a good alternator would give out 13.5+ volts ideally 14volts.(test this with the multimeter across the battery with engine running)

if you play your setup with your interior light on, does that flicker too? if so you i'd recommend a cpacitator... sorry its the comp i work for but i know they do them.. just a suggestion!

Replace/Add thicker cable from Alternator to Battery (4g or even 2g if you can) also Battery earth cable and engine earth cable, you should see an improvement, most people that replace this tend to see significant reduction. If it still does it then a more powerful battery.
I don't bother with powercaps, i'm using one of these instead

Much much better than any piece of rubbish powercap, no offence everyone but they are a waste of time.

whats the brush pack

It's a part on the alternator that transfers the current from the rotating part to the output. They wear out and can be renewed...
