Title: Mk3 front speakers

Any recommendation for front speakers for mk three golf? I was lookingto replace the door and dash speakers. Also Anyone know what size these are?

As for speakers go for alpine type R components, or if u got enuff cash Type X

Mount the tweeters in the speaker locations on top of the dash, aimin 2wards the rear view mirror. Keeping the mids in the standard location

I've got Infinity kappas in mine and they sound great.

the more u spend in general the better you get. Iv got focal polyglass 300's runnin of a genisis amp which sounds amazing! best get into a shop and hear a few tho

Got Sony 3 way in the doors plus the original tweeters in the dash. Thats just too much treble!
So was thinking of the Infinity's that Ive got in the rear doors.

Has anyone tried putting mid/tweets in the dash?  JBL do some that look as if they will fit.
