I sold my GTI last year and have a few bits to sell on, one of which is this.
It was fitted to my 2013 GTI and just needed the additional three bolts (included in the sale and in the plastic bag) along with the existing fittings to swap them around. Takes about 15 mins to swap if that.
This is the part number stamped on it: 5Q0825236
