Title: Xenon Ballast replacment

Hi All

I think my ballast needs replacing but I cant find the same one with the part number.

which alternative can I use and if I change will I need to change both to the same?

This is proving more difficult then I thought. I purchased one but the pin holes on the back don't match the plug.
Now the drivers side is flickering
Any advice would be great
