Hi everyone, i have a creak coming from inside the door / behind the door cards when the body twists
I thought it was the rubber trim so I lubricated all of them and sprayed silicone spray on the hinges
but the issue didn't go away, and i can hear it from all doors
I made this (https://imgur.com/a/hFvwehE) video recording of the noise in case anyone knows what it could be

I have the same. But I noticed that it almost goes away when the car is clean. I haven't paid a lot of attention to it since it only started, and now it is pretty warm, so the windows are mostly down.

I wash the car quite often - a couple of times a month and even sprayed silicone spray in the window tracks hoping it will help
Unfortunately it doesn't go away
The only thing left to do is to remove a door card and see if i can pinpoint the creak
I was hoping someone on the forum managed to find the source already

Before you start pulling it to bits, from personal experience I would try (a) clean seals with isopropyl to strip wax residue, (b) treat rubber door seals with Gummi Pfledge and then (c) lube the furry / felt-like seals with this stuff - worked for me - mine were driving me bananas. Thanks to member Carlosfandango for the recommendation - the lube is great👍

I already lubricated them several times with Gummi Pfledge and sprayed silicone spray in all the possible places
But I did not try cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol and then re-applying
So i'll try that and hopefully it will help

🤞I feel your pain, it’s so irritating

It’s almost certainly the door seals. More specifically, around the top of the door frame, those “furry” lined rubbers. I had it on my MK8.5 CS recently and oddly enough I don’t think I ever had it in my previous MK8.
Anyway, I recommend you get a bottle of Krytox. It’s what the dealers use for this. Can get it on Amazon I think. It’s a very small bottle but I’ve got mine for years, since my MK7 had this issue. You only need to smear a small drop of it, get it right into the rubber seal around the top of the door frame.
