Title: Can’t put my mk7 into sports mode

Hi everyone having an issue with my recently purchased mk7, whenever I press the mode button it just flashes orange and then doesn’t show anything on the screen after wondering if anyone knows what it could be can’t attach a video but have put some photos

Post in the Mk7 section and you might get a response... people don't read this section much!
