Title: New Mk8 GTI Clubsport owner

Hello all,

I recently purchased a 2021/71 Mk8 GTI Clubsport. East Midlands based and looking forward to picking up tips/advice etc for it. Apologies for the state it is in - it is due a proper detail later in April.

I previously owned a MK7 Golf R which I enjoyed.

You'll get lots of help on this forum Simon.   I had my Clubby 4 years ago and I'll be sad to see it go just when I think I finally know it.  It's been a great car to drive and very reliable, apart from the well known steering wheel bongs issue and even that was fixed witha new part.  You'll love it.

Welcome Simon from a former mk8 Clubsport owner of 3 years. I loved mine and regret letting it go. I’d have another in a heartbeat.
