Title: Upgraded sound/music system

Looking for an after market upgraded sound system for my MK7 2016 GTI.

Factory one doesn't seem to go very loud or have very good bass. Any recommendations for companies/ do's/ do not's and how much it should cost me?

It depends just what you want from your system but a Helix spare tyre mounted sub is a brilliant addition. It has a built in amp and signal processor. The sound is amazing and there is plenty of thump from the sub. It wires into the existing system so there is no need to change trims etc. I love the sound in my car since adding it.
